"The most striking and complete of the four vintages I tasted (2000, 2002, 2004, 2005). The 2002 is a magnificent CdC layered with sumptuous fruit. It boasts stunning depth and an endless, haunting finish. A very short crop for Taittinger. I imagine the 2002 will disappear from the market as soon as people taste it. The 2002 CdC was one of the most remarkable wines I tasted during the week I spent in Champagne in March. If you like CdC, this is a must-have vintage. ­No score published."

Vilken lycklig pärla som reda har fått ta del av 2004 och 2005. Kan det vara detta som är fel?

Mycket enkelt att fixa: de byter en tredjedel av faten varje år, men de fat de byter till består av 300% ny ek. ;D
