Och en flaska från den vita favoritappellationen: Muscadet de Sèvre et Mains Sur Lie:
2011 Earl Vignoble Delaunay, Domaine du Val Fleuri (87p)
The quintessence of QPR. Clear, intense, pure, concentrated, no-prisoners, die hard mineral wine that is ultra proud of where it came from. And humbly so. USD7 or SEK50 it is.
Melon de Bourgogne produces some of the greatest white wines on Earth. And they are all available at insanely affordable prices. Meaning that the ppl who love expensive labels can't see it
Our second btl of this wine overwhelmed the first one, plastic cork and all. We are sure, that given some years, this wine will reach and breach the 90-points' wall.
...and who's now keen on a btl of 91p Batard-Montrachet for the price of 2 cases of this stellar wine?
...or maybe some of each?
